@natsock @Goetia @Shadowman311 @buttered_poasties The recent ChatGPT fun has made that pretty clear, but the problem is when you see a creature, recognize it as human and made "in the likeness of God," and it acts nothing like how you'd expect a human to act with an absolute minimum standard.
Criminals of the past *knew* they were committing crime. Many criminals today are too mentally decayed to even realize they did something wrong. I think the "I dindu nuffin!" crowd genuinely think they are morally in the clear after setting buildings on fire or raping and murdering people. Are they humans with souls who are just deceived, or are they essentially just fancy animals literally incapable of deciding to do anything other than follow their primal instincts (which is the Talmud view)?

I hate the idea of "soulless animals (goyim) meant to serve blah blah," and I think that all humans are created to be imagers of God...But then I read stories about a white woman being murdered by an illegal with literally 49 IQ (!) and watch this video and kind of wonder what makes a human, human.
