   The bubba mushroom farm. He’ll be coning over today. Pretty excited to see how he reacts when he sees it. On Sunday it hadn’t even started to bloom yet. The instructions had us scrape the surface and I think he got a bit rough in the middle but this looks like it’s going to be a good yield.

     @TinyHouse4Life yeah it's funny how a young mind can motivate you to do cool stuff. I actually bought wood plugs for shitake musrooms at a homesteading convention years ago but never got around to setting up the logs. We saw this at home depot and I figured he'd get a kick out of it. Only about a week to the first harvest. It doesn't say how long they will flush, but it was cheap and I'm pretty sure when he sees it he's gonna lose his mind. I'm not sure he understood exactly why we were watering the box before hahah
