   @Aether This is how most people with any sense think about their job after awhile, unless it’s like their own business, or their friend/family own it.

   Nobody in the big corpos give a shit to reward anyone going above and beyond, they just want you to do that and feel rewarded for doing it for its own sake.

   They want White people conscientiousness and industriousness while they continue to enniggerfy the place.

   Fuck ‘em.

     @Paleloon @Aether The resentment only piles on when you have a legitimate work-related injury and you have to hire a lawyer to force them to pay for it, despite their own stated company policies. Though that’s not likely to be a thing in an office/IT setting.

     The USA breeds mercenary-minded people, not loyalists. Yet it acts shocked when this becomes a problem.
