     @Hyolobrika @lanodan I think you can't broadcast PAL (which is used in Europe) signals in NTSC (used in North America and Asia) countries. Even if you could, most TVs wouldn't receive them. But you can legally purchase PAL TVs online and almost everyone has moved on to digital, so really this is not a good example.
