     Honestly, it all starts at nutrition. We are 100% made of what we consume. We consume poison, we'll be poisoned and so will our kids. We could sort a shit ton of issues out if we started at our dinner tables and worked from there.

Sadly so many people lack proper nutrition for extended periods of time, and it does have an effect on mental health, but trying to explain that drugs won't fix that problem to someone who believes the drugs are highly effective is an impossible task.

     @feralphilosophernc agreed, sometimes before you can get nutrition worked out you’ve gotta do some other type of mental work (CBT) to get your brain into “I’m learning how to best keep the meat sack going to ensure my own 🧠 survival” mode it’s been out of for however long. I realized quick how “lead by example” as the oldest of 7 was just preparing me for Motherhood -
