RastermanOne day, a school friend drops by my house to show me Super Metroid, "this game I could never beat", and I happened to have a guide in a Nintendo magazine to help him do it. I'd go on to like that series the most. This was very late. GameCube era. I still played my SNES, since that would be my last console until the Wii U in ~2015.
Before that, I was into Mega Man. I played everything Mega Man I could get my hands on. The original series, the X series, Game Boy games, spin offs, &c. Then Metroid came along and took its place.
But before that, I was super into Sonic the Hedgehog. :0210: I only had Sonic 2, 3 & Knuckles; but would play them a lot. I would draw the characters too. Years later, I was drawing robots from Mega Man X, with Sonic mostly forgotten until I saw Sonic Mania ~23 years later.
Point is... I think Mega Man saved me from growing up to be a diaper-wearing furry with an inflation fetish.
@Rasterman Sonic the hedgehog media has this kind of radiation effect that destroys the mind and soul and morality. Behold, the end result of an autistic boy being exposed to it for long periods of time.
@ItsSkyDragonz@Rasterman This is not an accident. SEGA's support for pedotranny organization "Mermaids" shows they very deliberately brainwash children into transgenderism.
