     @professionalbigot69 @sickburnbro Yeah, this is how they do it. They find your town (you can't hide), pick a place near the government buildings, dump a TON of money into it for an astroturfed "downtown" that includes coffee shops and those paint-while-you-drink-wine places...And then the massive, 3-4 building apartment complex goes up with a giant pool in the center.
     
     Then they start bringing the trash in; first it's young white liberals who think it's just the best thing ever, and then gradually they make the demographic darker and darker, and crime gradually goes up, and before you know it, your nice town is a warzone like everywhere else.
