     @PawelK @Sabex last I read something like 80% of the worlds emissions originate in China and India. Of course the fact that everyone sends their manufacturing over there is probably a major contributor, but also they have more lax emissions and pollution policies (likely part of the appeal sending manufacturing over there).

     @PawelK @Sabex some people would rather point at the decisions of others as responsible for the problems in the world than examine their own life choices. Also just imagine if people started to realize the relationship between companies generating ewaste through planned obsolescence and the organizations pushing the "green" agenda. It's funny because they want you to buy the new gadget, but not the food of your choosing.

     Agreed. It's interesting that we tend to associate terrorism with kenetic violence, but real terrorism is about making people live in fear and requires no guns or bombs. It's primarily psychological. When kinetic violence is used to instill fear then it qualifies, but I think most of what we label as terrorism is probably more retribution for perceived wrongs than actually trying to move people to a constant state of fear.

     If we were to associate terrorism with psychological coercion, we'd blame our government.

     Instead, we blame fringe people who crack under the pressure. Anyone with experience with suicide will tell you that the way M5M covers shootings only makes things worse.
