     @ringo @disavowmrman yeah when I was young I found a lot of these types of things out in middle America. It is probably a great way for a new family to escape the insanity of cities of they have the will to make it happen. They're mostly geared toward families with kids of school age kids anyway.

     @thatguyoverthere @disavowmrman makes sense... :) yeah i dont have school age kids, or kids, so probably doesnt' make sense. plus, i'd need the funds to put up a house, so there's that aspect, too.
     
     i would just love it if the gov screwed off and people could live in unzoned houses they built etc.
