   Ever since infosec has been largely taken over by morons, marketroids and snakeoil-salesmen, I hate using anything with a login.
   
   Because EVERYTHING automatically logs you out now at random and for no good reason. It's got so bad that you honestly can't ever rely on any app or website or whatever it is to be available to you when you need it.
   
   It might perfectly well pick any random point in time to make you go through a whole process of logging in again, solving a captcha, enter your 2FA code, and if it really feels like fucking you over, require you to change their password after you've done all of that.
   
   All of that while you're standing in line to pay for your grocery shopping.
   
   Yes, that happened to me. No, I didn't make it before I was at the front of the line.

     @pingviini I just assume all infosec nerds are snake oil salesmen and any website that needs you to register should be avoided at all costs. I've started using infosec as an epithet I'm so angry about it.
