   You'd think that these people would have bought plane tickets by now to foreign countries considering the doxing that happened afterwards, or the J6 shit where they're still picking and choosing random people who showed up years later to throw in prison.

     If you marched in front of a church on Easter Sunday morning with pro-Child murder signs, and torches, then yes you could argue intent to intimidate Christians. But that's because the intended target audience is reasonably expected to be present.
     
     But if you hold a vigil at night, on a school campus, during Summertime, when classes aren't in session, you simply cannot reasonably argue that there was an intention to intimidate anyone. Intimidation requires demonstrable intent AND a demonstrable target demographic that a reasonable person would expect to witness the gesture. ALL ACCUSED ARE INNOCENT.
