   apparently a body was recently discovered in the waste side of the water treatment facility for the next county over. It seems it may have been there for a very long time (up to 2 years) without being found. A lot of questions from the public about whether or not this has an effect on the tap water. I'm thinking if it's in the waste side then it really shouldn't. The kinds of bacteria that dead bodies produce are the same ones we shit out. If the treatment facility can't treat shit water I don't think it can treat decomposed body water.

     still unclear if the body was in there for that long. As I understand it the person has been missing for that long.

     @thatguyoverthere I agree re: the water quality, but it’s quite disturbing that it wasn’t found sooner if it has been there the whole time.

     @Flick yeah it's pretty wild to think a dead body was floating around for 2 years and no one noticed. How often do they inspect these facilities?
