     I know Sega sold its soul to the devil with their pro-tranny stance, but once upon a time Yuji Naka was arguably the greatest programmer that the Sega Master System and Sega Genesis ever had. Really sucks when once-great names fall into the abyss like that. That’s the hellscape we live in for ya. :pepesad.png:

     @admin @ChristiJunior @KoopaTV His work on the original Phantasy Star was impressive. It's really sad given how most game programmers are now, relying on bloated engines for the most basic shit.

     @xianc78 @ChristiJunior @KoopaTV Yup. Phantasy Star was just epic back in 1988, considering it was on an 8-bit console. Phantasy Star 2 was even better. I remember that game even had a softcover guide included with it, because it was so big and involved by 1990 standards.
