     @MiaElk the issue is that with stadium, it's highly recommended to train a couple of pokemon and bring 1-3 for cups, otherwise it's just pointless

     @coolboymew Back in the day I grit my teeth and exclusively used rentals for everything. I was an omega huge pokemon fan before Gold and Silver were even announced. Its still a nice option and stadium had boxes to let you store extra pokemon if you wanted and would even let you take photos of the pokemon (could even print out those photos if you jumped through some hoops). Cool bonus shit that they didnt have to do but did anyways. Dont see much of that anymore, especially in this series.
     
     GSC wasnt the worst game but they really fucked up in both the spirit of the games and made a bunch of poor decisions. I didnt touch a pokemon game for a long ass time since those days.
     
     I still like to think back on the good ol days, but here and now this is a series so royally fucked up and vandalized that it doesnt even resemble a fraction of what it was.

     @coolboymew The main campaigns were simple but challenging enough and battling in stadium 1 was pretty kino. Stadium 1 was one of the best things to come from this crap series, no cap, on god.
