   I wake up at 5 am extremely tired to *AVOID* women at the gym
   
   literally *EVERY* gym i have has had half to a majority of whores who arent actually working out they are just at the gym to slutmaxx
   
   genuinely why most of my buddies stopped working out and started running

     I have a gym where slutdom is not allowed, only hard work and sweat
     and I dont avoid women at the gym, i try to help/correct if I see they are there to improve
     
     I am in a very old school gym though truth be told
