   @menherahair @dcc @JonnyFever @p @ringo Nothing wrong with the gray, but the lack of any visual borders between posts makes it rather cumbersome. I did add them in my personal fork, p went even further and made them colored as well.

     @mint @dcc @JonnyFever @p @ringo yeah I whipped some colored borders in my css too, specifically to highlight whatever post I clicked on to get on the page. I thought colored links break the stream of posts enough but visible borders are better

     @mint @dcc @JonnyFever @p @ringo For all my talk, mine’s way more colors. And indeed, I got them from that one imageboard theme.

     I also use the pages without the layout and just rhytmically jump between them with bookmark shortcuts, instead of staring at/refreshing the notif box. So I go obh for home, find someone to scream at, do obn for notifs, reply to someone, do obf for federated, drool at some tiddies, sneak in obl for local every now and then, repeat.

     When Krautchan was still alive, I was bothered by how the longposts turn into longcats because of the small post min-width, that was set by default, and went to Stephan Shinkufag to request a checkmark to stretch posts to the screen width. He asked “Are you sure?”, I nodded, and in a couple of days it was implemented in the dollchan script. A week later I came back to say that I’m sorry.
