Conversation

In the past 20 days we have:
* Gotten about 32 people out of #Uganda , about half are trans
* Had an agent killed
* Had an op run on another agent, she's safe for now
* Gotten 1 out of #Egypt
* Expanded Eden House from 8 to 18. We currently have 22 in the house, expect to expand by 4 more.
* Supported activist leaders on the ground
* Established 4 +- 1 way stations inside #Uganda
