   Its always funny how the "idealic" communist utopia is simply a personification of Khrushchev/Brezhnev era cost saving measures with massive high-rises which were created not out of concern for the peasantry entering the cities but to meet the most basic of needs. In contrast the NSDAP ideologically and scientifically deducted to maximize comfort the ideal city should be around 20k in population and with there being plentiful space. Even the Communist utopia can not realistically square up to the reality of the NSDAP plans.
