   Easter gave me a great chance to have boomers in the family show me their youtube…I’ve never seen how insane the clickbait is. They’re smart, so they both know it’s hyperbolic and dumb, but they still like watching it. It’s all garbage propaganda, laughable crap like “Ukranian special forces repelled 57 attacks this week, with only 10 casualties. They removed more than 12,000 russian soldiers from the front, in comparison. Soon they will use their accurate artillery fire to eliminate the surviving russian soldiers in bakmut.”

   It’s insane, I’ve never seen anything that bad, it’s full on psycho-assault in every vid. “Belarus is in open revolt against putin!!! Putin is hated by every russian! They’re trying to massacre him! The russian army has only 3 bullets for each artillery cannon every day! They’re completely losing on every front!”

   They kept turning on one vid after another while we sit there baffled at how silly and childish it all was. They have all the boomer bait for taiwan, too. That standoff last night was reported as a riveting naval engagement between both sides, not to mention Finland supposedly sunk a russian ship in the black sea, too.

   IDK, just wanted to talk about it, it really freaked me out a bit.

     @mord That’s too bad. I don’t go too hard when hitting it on mine, I try to be even-keeled. I’m not super pro-russia, I”m about 65-75% in favor of them, and that’s more because of the brutal level of painfully cringe propaganda ukraine has shoveled at my mouth every day for a year. Everything they put out for the west is aimed at impressing retarded spincel women working in human resources - technically inept, based in fantasy, and super arrogant and effeminate.

     If you prevent this war the right way a sane, non sportsball-brained observer can see where each comes from. Americans in particular should lean towards supporting Donestki separatists - they’re literally doing what we all pray for in seceding from Kiev like we’d love our states to leave the yoke of washington.

     I had to sit out on the porch after lunch and listen to my father in law, and his father in law, talk about how dumb Russia is, and how great Ukraine is, and that neither Russia nor China could beat us at anything.
     
     I've tried, in the past, illustrating how shitty our tech is and the complete lack of competent leadership we have, but I'm not as eloquent as you boys and they don't want to hear it, so it just disappears into null and I quit trying. I can't compete with 5 hours of fox news every night, I just don't have the energy.

     I think I've said something like this before, but the modern "radical" left has been turned into bizarre neocons thanks to this. Nothing they support is consistent or makes sense, but they keep on doing it for clicks. Kids, teenagers, and even adults watch it uncritically, and walk away with these bizarre views as well.

     At this point I hold America accountable as one of the most evil entities on the earth today - the way they’re treating Ukranian men is tantamount to a genocidal campaign on their people. I fully expect the depopulation to be a big part of the policy behind american activity this year. They WANT all those nationalistic, testosterone-soaked white men slaughtered off, they pose a direct threat to jew plans as one of the view unabashedly unzogged countries in the world. Well, posed.

     They want a land full of 6 ukranian women to every 1 man, they’ll point and kvetch about how unsustainable it is so they can bring all the israelis and foreign shitskins they want. It makes me nauseous just watching it. When they first turned on some of the youtube-sanitized combat footage I couldn’t keep it together, I let the facade slip just a bit. I saw my chick in the kitchen giving me that wide-eyed “dude come on button that shit up”, but man it got to me. I inadvertently blackpilled them a bit in talking about how many men are being ground into mulch just to be ignored and forgotten when the UN starts making Ukraine fully ‘multicultural’.

     One is complete sportsball brained, massive consooming, boomer. Makes a ton of money and spends just as much so that's a total lost cause, especially since a few years ago I didn't know anything outside fox myself, and my philosophy changes are too jarring I suppose.
     
     They don't even know what donetsk is, much less understand any nuance of Russians in Ukraine, it's just America good, Russia bad, etc etc.
     
     Any talk of being free from Washington is met with blan stares, they are all firmly in the you don't go against the govt camp, because they are comfortable.

     @mord I had that with a work guy a while back. He was talking a big game about how anyone who wants out is a traitor, and as a sworn in zogbot (not his words) he has a duty to “shoot traitors”

     Told him I was standing right there and he’d have to settle for trying to choke me to death instead, unless he’s a big talker. In his mind it’s just cartoon evil people that want to rescind their fealty to the feds. I don’t hold any allegiance to the US gov’t because they aren’t my people. My people are my locals, not strangers and bureaucrats almost a quarter of the world away. Biden & company may just as well be the cabinet in distrito federale to me.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot I'd like to add that it's both Ukraine and Russia seeing this happen in real time. While the dysgenic effects are being felt more immediately in Ukraine, Russia already had a serious demographic problem, and having all their fighting age men either preparing for the front or preparing to flee Russia isn't good long term. Plus Russia has had a huge number of Muslims either immigrate in or come of age.

     @sickburnbro @NitroDubs I haven’t really expended much thought to that, any time I start spinning up my calculation engine I’m just fixed on imagining the disgusting transformation the ukes will be pushed through. It’s revolting.

     Who knows if the ‘system’ will really suffer for it, we can only kinda hope that the de-dollarization whips them around a bit. But I’m not holding my breath. The other players on the board are very slow to anger and apparently content to eat shit for decades. I haven’t ruled it out that they lay all this groundwork to avoid the US dollar only to STILL use them for the foreseeable future. It’s like they’re afraid of poking the bear too much, so they’ll unzip the case and slowly grab the rifle but never lift it up or put a finger on the trigger

     @WashedOutGundamPilot its funny, I saw the video they are talking about... honestly the best take was "heavy losses on both sides" because it was the Russians destroying some BMP1 and then the Ukranians bringing a Tank (and since Soviets were smart enough, unlike NATO, to create HE-Frag rounds, it probably killed some guys... the images tho are bad since can be either Ukranians or Russians on those images)

     @fishsticks I tried finding the channels, but I’m sure you can find some just by looking up stuff like “Russia in REVOLT after losing out of ammo Ukraine wins” and looking for ridiculous thumbnails.

     I only found some channel called “shelter”, which is oddly small and has that vague AI narration vibe. The GOOD channels have full on photoshops in the thumbnails where you see explosions and smoke next to US ships and russian soldiers like it’s a vidya
