   Something really bugs me about millennial guys assuming that sharing their age bracket means that you’ve watched south park and family guy, it’s actually weird how many times they reference these episodes that came out almost 20 years ago.

   Gen x guys do the same with the simpsons.

     What’s even more grating to me is realizing that, despite never watching them, I effectively ‘get’ the references because they’ve either been explained so many times - “dude fugggggg man it’s soooooo funny the show just stops and he starts this brutal fight with a giant chicken lololololololooooollllllll“ - or clipped for memery in recent years.

     @fishsticks I love cracking guys that do that. Once in a while I’ll work with these weirdoes who still have this arrogance about how “lol I’m just a young zoomer all you people are old boomers lel you don’t even GET our humor!!!!”

     I just batter their head with a “dumbass, you’re twenty five years old. Why are you talking about spongebob? You’re an adult man, you have a receding hairline and all! You aren’t aren’t the young kid around here anymore“

     @monsterislandcolonizer @fishsticks All the olds that survive in our family keep on trucking towards 90, in the last crop at least. It’s normal for the 60’s boomers to be doing construction stuff around the house still. Just never let themselves be sedentary

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @fishsticks my grandmother is 92 and she's healthy as a horse, still gets around like she's in her 70s, bends over to grab stuff from the refrigerator, pushes my grandfather in his wheelchair. My grandfather is 94 and he can barely stand. I'm certain that lifestyle is very important to maintaining your body into your latter years.
