   some first times in this vacation so far:
   —misled and delayed by BER people, missed the flight to madrid
   —lost the luggage (incl MNT Reform)
   —went anyway with another flight
   —went to barcelona only for 2 hours
   —slept in a hotel inside barcelona airport
   —had to buy most clothes etc from scratch
   —walked in a volcano crater
   —visited omar sharifs bizarre house
   —learned more about bag tags and WorldTracer than i ever wanted to know
   —not allowed to flush the toilet paper uh oh
   wonder what happens next
