@nixCraft pretty much? if it was copper, DEFINITELY. but the mesh size may not be fine enough to stomp certain freqs. DEFINITELY gonna be a problem for wifi

@nixCraft counter measures like that are in fact necessary if you have a "mandatory ISP router" that cannot be trusted (on the WLAN side of things). Packing it in tin foil would be better, but the router would die from overheating. So a fine metal mesh all around would be a cheap and feasible solution. Maybe adding some ferrite beads to all the in- and outgoing cables to block any RF 'leaking' through cabeling/shielding. #RF #HD #WifiBLOCKER
