It's not your fault. The art direction with Blue Archive is all over the place with standards. Mari is rarely officially depicted with a tail. The same goes with Shiroko, who never had a tail in the anime or art, but girls like Izuna and Wakamo consistently have tails.
I blame it on the Korean artists being lazy and not wanting to make the girls fully hybrid, instead of glorified cosplayers.:awoo_tired: shotgun snuggler :clownpiece_smug: likes this.
