I drove into Massachusetts yesterday and the instant I crossed the border I noticed every meadow and frozen-over pond was covered in sled tracks.
But for me in this state where everything is illegal, I'm obligated to sit and stare at the floor until April.-

@keinschwarzer They like 'em because people are allowed to be out in the world, in that stare. Enviro-cops here in CT don't have to go into the woods in the winter because nobody is ever allowed there at any time in the first place. :pepe_cry:
They spent the last 50 years taking everything away except some hiking. -

@ACL9000 @keinschwarzer From the talk, they're getting a lot more thermal drones to "patrol" these days, so they've gotten a lot better about "enforcement" out there. Easier to go play around in the woods all day, and as long as you get your ticket quota you're gtg
so that's another threat to consider

@ACL9000 Everything fun is illegal in Mass too. Sleds are the one exception because the state and environmental cops like them.
