     Yep, la Gamecube et la PS2, ça chauffe depuis qqs mois, c’est pas étonnant.

     Toujours pareil : c’est à peu près 15 ans entre le moment où la console s’arrête et le moment où la nostalgie frappe les gens qui ont maintenant les poches un peu profondes.

     @coolboymew went to a used game shop yesterday and can confirm that these are pretty much the prices. there were some DS games that were 100CAD for some fucking reason.

     @che5hire @coolboymew This is a known phenomenon. As soon as the generation that grew up with a console generation grows up the price of those games rise dramatically. If you're the investing type, you can take advantage of this and buy up large amounts of old clearanced games whenever a new console generation comes about.

     Scams and nonprofits have been making records since 2015. 2020's lockdowns only accelerated that.
     Also, the fact that nonprofits are making money is sketchy in and of itself.
