literally 1099-k needs to be repealed immiedely. It is causing me immediate harm.

its not just employees either it's all vendors. I'm supposed to send WIX.COM a 1099 and document that I paid them to host my website. It's literally an insane law thats meant to audit and fuck people making under 200k per year. † top dog :pedomustdie: likes this. -

for anyone who doesn't know, prior to the 1099-k law, you could just give someone cash and say "contractor". Now, for everyone over $600 you pay you need to collect their id, ssn, address, ect and send it to the irs.
Needless to say this really fucks small businesses.
