   This passage is discussing writing a bill of sale for a field on the outskirts of Jerusalem on the Sabbath, which is normally prohibited, but in this case it is permitted because of the inherent goodness of settling Israel. In other words, this is basically a license to do whatever you want in pursuit of Zionism, echoing Marxist "morality," in which anything which helps bring about the communist revolution is moral, no matter how awful it may be.

     Speaking of which, I just chose a verse from it literally at random, and this is what I got:
     
     "The Gemara explains the reason for this opinion: Since a nine-year-old boy is fit to engage in intercourse, he also imparts ritual impurity as one who experienced ziva.(gonorrhea-like discharge) Ravina said: Therefore, with regard to a female gentile child who is three years and one day old, since she is fit to engage in intercourse at that age, she also imparts impurity as one who experienced ziva."
