   Andrew Milburn leader of Mozart Group mercenarys just confirmed in an interview that Ukrainian army is killing and torturing Russian POWs.
   
   The Mozart Group was founded in mid-March by Andrew Milburn, a retired U.S. Marine colonel with over 31 years of service in the U.S. military and is funded mostly by private U.S. donors (and probably the CIA).
