     Oh you mean moving out of the USA yeah.
     
     The issue is he's probably on some travel blacklist for flying out of the country so he'd have to go to Mexico or some shit first. But you know, I'm not sure a country is going to easily take you in if your past is "tried to groom kids online". Shithole countries really don't like being seen as child sex trafficking destinations.
