     also it's still just sdxl, it's impressive that they amped up the base res to 1.5k but it's still goddamn fucking sdxl
     they could've gutted flux like anlatan probably? did and it would've been a much better use of all that compute

     We have, it's NAI V3. It's a good peak but one that would take too much effort for local to catch up when they could be gutting the one flavor of Flux with a decent license. T5 and the 16ch VAE alone would make a massive difference, you can have a 4K base model but if you're still using a 4 channel VAE it's still gonna look like shit in the end.
     
     I never signed up on the Varis forum, maybe I should.
