     Either way I couldn't give a continental hoot about this particular spat but when people/ news outlets etc report on issues, it's disingenuous at best to not report accurately. It's not Musk's offer but a consortium that is led by Musk that includes his AI startup xAI, Baron Capital Group, Valor Management, Atreides Management, Vy Fund III, Emanuel Capital Management, and Eight Partners.
