     @WashedOutGundamPilot I was under the impression that Mac OS was better back in those days (when it was still called Mac OSX) but it's merits were mostly overlooked by try-hard childish retards like the guy effortposting about dicks because it had no games. Ever since Steve Jobs died, Mac OS has stagnated and Windows got better with Windows 10 (as long as you can get around the telemetry) And Linux is still going strong.

     @PonyPanda That stagnation is a positive now, since most people don’t really need all the silly shit they cram into stuff today. I don’t get what’s nice about windows 10, it’s all cheesy little tchotckies jammed in to provide ads, news articles, and holiday announcements.

     A lot to appreciate in not having to re-learn anything for your workflow. Mac has some shortcomings, yeah, but at least it hasn’t been trying to make any new ones

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @PonyPanda I hate Windows 10 because Micro$haft tried to force me to upgrade to it back in late 2015. I still remember that. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I swore I would rather switch to Linux than use Windows 10. I eventually made good on that promise.

     @okuu @PonyPanda Windows is just so feminine now. Guys don’t notice it but it’s social. That’s what bugs me. In a guy’s computer it’s all about you, it’s a sandbox of its own, an entire world unto itself.

     With windows 10, there’s all this shit jammed in every crevice showing you what other people are doing. What’re they talking about at the office while I’m at home? What’re they seeing on the news? What’re they celebrating on the calendar? What kind of virtue signaling factoid will they mention at work?

     Windows 10 is just a chick OS now. (Unlike Arch, which apparently is a megautist/tranny OS)

     @okuu @PonyPanda They’re all some flavor of gay, because anybody who goes to linux is gonna be a little bit of a lolcow or on the spectrum to begin with. You have to be hovering near the autism range of the IQ chart to be smart enough to realize you actually care about your computer-living conditions.

     It’s just funny how basically all of them include a range of headaches, and everyone who sees you using them clicks their teeth in condescension
