Anthropic (Claude LLM) AI Company doesn’t want people using AI for their resumes or any part of Interview for software developer or IT jobs at their office. How ironic? LOL. The company says AI tools are flooding their system with bogus résumés and too many applicants. They can't find real talent even using their own AI system where candidates lie about their skills.
So let me get this: this company first steals everyone work to train their AI. Next, they tell the world it is world-class, and users should pay for it. However, they themselves don't want to use anyone to use AI tools to boost job applications because they found out AI-created resumes all lie. In other words, replace all human jobs with our AI except for our own company. We want real humans because we know it is all bullshit.
@nixCraft the point is to use AI for your application in the way that they dont recognize it. This can have two reasons: Users are too stupid to use AI properly LLMs are not as good as they, including anthropic, claim.
@nixCraft I'm sure Tucker Carlson's parents were similarly horrified if anyone suggested they eat Swanson's TV dinners.
(Yes, I know he was born over a decade after his family sold the company, but they knew what went in there. In the 80s, my brother called it "sewer chicken.")
@nixCraft yeah, it is insane. First, that is a problem they created, open source projects are being hammered with AI generated issues, job applications, blog posts, etc. Now is ironic they say that. The new wave are the «agents» (hey! Mr. Smith!) When AI is capable of controlling a computer to perform actions with easy, that will be another level of AI nonsense flooding internet.
