In case anyone was wondering this was about JOURNALISTS on TWITTER who do driveby shitposts and get dopamine hits off of replies but never actually interact with their followers / fanbase and look down on them like they're fucking peons.

twitter is just a vehicle to fuel the narcissism of people who actually aren't all the import. Journalists also believe that because they have access to desirable information (the news) their opinions on it are also desirable (they aren't).

Dont you guys just love people who only interact with people when they're interacted with first, hesitate to thumbs up or like posts because they believe their likes are for special posts only, hesitate to like other peoples posts because they want to appear busy, and farm for likes by spamming memes and never just interact with the normal flow of conversation on local, because they're desperate to keep up appearances / a personality.
