     @nekofag A report is an event of type 1984. Reactions are of type 7, where “+” is a like, “-“ is a dislike, and it can also be any emoji.

     So it’s literally a ⚠️ react even on the Nostr end. Either a user is doing this, or a client is doing it for nonstandard reasons.
