It occurs to me that there's a wide range of behaviors that are pathologized by modern psychology/psychiatry, and which were *not* always so pathologized.
The typical examples given by right-wing people are things like racism, but if we explore deeper we might be able to find some of these which may not be obvious.
I'd like to bring up "self-harm".
The individual who coined the term "self-harm," and the person who is probably most responsible for the pathologization of self-harm, was a man by the name of Karl Menninger. Although not himself a jew (he was a Presbyterian), he was very clearly a jew-lover. He writes in an essay titled "The Genius of the Jew in Psychiatry":
"Traditionally and historically, spiritual values, that is to say, the importance of certain feelings and abstractions, have always appealed to Jews .... [They] possess the saving grace of turning suffering and resentment and fear into constructive and helpful efforts based on a kind of spiritual discernment with a quantum of scientific detachment, and that this seems to occur relatively more often among Jews than among Gentiles. Would that it occurred oftener among both!"
That an avowed philosemite is the architect of the notion that "self-harm" is bad makes the idea genuinely questionable. I suspect one of the following explanations:
1) "Self-harm" is an easy and effective way to manage intense emotions - it is very grounding - and treating an effective and cheap solution as an illness is a great way for Psychiatrists to force pills upon otherwise healthy people.
2) Religious "self-harm" (such as flagellation) may have been a target of jews, and this may have been an attempt to force good men to halt an entirely valid religious practice.
I think there are actually a *lot* of very basic things in Psychology that need to be revisited. We have a lot of assumptions that we make that seem like they're very obvious, but whose architect is actually some filthy kike.- :gura_sus: 1e+6 litres :flag_china: likes this.

@ceo_of_monoeye_dating @Owl >"normal"
If it was normal more people would have it.... By virtue you notice there is something wrong with people. -

I think the social manipulation aspect of it is so caustic that it is just too much to bear. All of these quirky Tumblr girls going on Tiktok and putting up the most flimsy facade of autistic behavior alongside their attention whoring "tee hee I am le cute quirky autistic girl" make me want to kill myself. Taking advantage of lonely men looking to be related to with that. Unreal.
My point having been reiterated, people think every single facet of modern life is something to be medicated now. "Oh you don't like people? It's not because they're loud, materialistic, stupid and annoying niggers, it's because there's something wrong with you." It's evil. -

@Owl I agree, but like...what *other* feelings, reactions, and behaviors are just entirely normal? How fucking deep does this shit go? I get the feeling that racism being treated as a mental illness is just the fucking surface here.
...Is the entire fucking DSM just jewish nonsense? Is PTSD just normal? OCD? Anorexia and Bulimia? Dissociative Identity Disorder?
:notlikemiya: Is all of this shit just *normal* and we've been brainwashed by kikes to treat it like these people belong in a psych ward? -

@Owl Yes, this is exactly the *type* of thing that I was talking about. Lots of entirely normal behavior is treated as a psychological condition today. We are capable of observing this batch and we are capable of fighting against it...
But what about the last batch? The one before that? Just how *much* entirely normal behavior is treated as a case for the psych ward?
The example I gave is one which seems bizarre to think of, but the guy who came up with it has jew cock in his mouth right there. Until I noticed it, I would have been like "obviously self-harm is harmful, it's right in the damn name." Now I am not so sure, and I am slightly afraid to explore the enormity of what behaviors are erroneously treated as mental illness. -

Have made several complaints about the pathologizing of quirks and odd behaviors for years now.
Especially with autism. -

@ceo_of_monoeye_dating @Owl >he overly excited and hyper athletic kid full of adderall
Idk what that has to do with ptsd, ocd or some real condition that makes life hard. "adhd" just references kids who have lost attention span. -

@dcc @Owl But people have all sorts of different emotions and personalities, so the range of what we should call "normal" should be kinda broad. We shouldn't be pumping the overly excited and hyper athletic kid full of adderall because he would rather go kick a ball than do math. We shouldn't be pumping the math nerd full of caffeine because he would rather do math than go kick a ball.
Both of those kids are normal even if they suck at something.
I'm looking at pretty extreme ends here...and it's actually pretty common to bash your head or cut yourself as a teenager! You almost certainly knew a kid like this in high school, and after looking a little more closely I am inclined to believe that even *this* behavior is unnecessarily treated as if it's a cause for alarm. -

@Owl @ceo_of_monoeye_dating but autism isn't something wrong, it's something right :gura_sus: 1e+6 litres :flag_china: likes this.
