   It's crazy how leftists will openly admit that we have this permanent underclass of violent barbarians who are only pacified by an endless stream of our money but their response isn't any sort of meaningful change to solve this issue and is instead just to continue subsidizing this underclass ad infinitum, which only makes the problem worse.
