Also small potatoes when is comes to Federal money sent to it, I think I read $20 billion so far for the post-October 7th war or maybe that was just the last fiscal year, compared to $50 billion for USAID (they're mostly using their own cash to buy munitions and otherwise fund the war, but I don't think anyone reading this will bet against a big special bill to give them more money for their current wars).
For the USAID type domain, how much more when you add ... OK, the National Endowment for Democracy is pocket change per Wikipedia, but State Department directly funding subversion, domestic as well as abroad, is going to be big, out of a total of $53 billion FY 2023. Add the CIA, DoD, who knows what else especially as DOGE examines the Treasury Department's accounts payable....
