   @stefan I look on as well, but in a conference that big, I'd probably miss out on connecting with people, and waste the trip. I prefer local conferences if I can.

     lots of FOMO for FOSDEM but I've been to enough conferences to know I don't do well in that setting and it's a waste of money for me to attend.
