@sirobsidian The decisions we make make us who we are. You don’t have to pull a literal trigger to be a collaborator. Sometimes you can just push a button.
@aral He could've delayed it for sure, but I don't think he would've wanted to risk his job for this.
@aral That's true, the "I was just doing my job" only goes so far, but I do understand why he would choose to comply with the executive order. I probably would have done the same, and I don't like the current US president.
@sirobsidian I understand also. People complied with all sorts of executive orders in Nazi Germany too.

@aral it is historically accurate that in the french revolution not a single merge request was refused. Not one. It was simply unheard of.
