   Give me the run down on soaps, shampoos, conditioners. What's the high-fructose corn syrup of beauty supplies? What do I need to be avoiding? What should I be looking for?
   
   I know it isn't as important as what we eat, but our skin does absorb shit so I'd like to avoid poisoning my largest organ as much as possible.
