I have ADHD and thus I'm suffering from time blindness: There is only now or some uncertain time in the future. I don't try to overload myself with future events but instead I focus on the things I can do now. I'll get to the other stuff when my attention is needed. And I've learned that I'll be able to deal with it because my brain is good at that.
