     @coolboymew MacBooks are also designed to fail shortly after the warranty and are nearly unrepairable on purpose these days.
     
     They aren't really that overpriced for the hardware you're getting. Reliability and repairability are after virtually nonexistent tho so it's not worth it.
     
     Really sad that they're pretty much the only option for a high powered ARM laptop. Hopefully that'll change soon but if Microsoft has any say it'll be neigh impossible to install any OS other than Windows on there. However, I could see Dell offering Linux variants at least. Funnily enough in the near future a locked bootloader will probably be a requirement to run Windows.
