this is a shitpost inspired by the fact that I still haven't found the compression/encryption in Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? and I thought to myself "well, if it's encryption, I can probably find it by searching the binary for XOR instructions" and it made me laugh

(I put a breakpoint on the one suspicious-looking XOR usage in the binary: it's not called during loading, so I don't think this is encrypted. probably just compressed)
