@weyoun6 It’s very fucking relevant when you want people to vote for 600,000 deaths instead of getting rid of the sons of bitches that are going to result in those 600,000 deaths. I reject that that’s the only alternative. That’s the only *comfortable* alternative that means you can keep watching your favourite show on Netflix while sipping a cold beer.

The “comfortable” choice was made by millions of #American voters who checked out, stayed at home, & decided #realpolitik was a stupid game.
Those folks are pot-committed to comfortabe passive-aggressive moral superiority, in which actual outcomes will always be someone else’s responsibility.
It wasn’t an intellectual / moral debate, but “getting rid of sons of bitches” was the •perfect• solution that became enemy of the •good enough for now•
Accountability is kindness.
