   Imagine wishing such pain upon your fellow humans so that your shity AI companies could have all jobs. The world they want is one where you're either unemployed or work for pennies; you have almost no political will to fight or self determination. The plan is to crash the economy beyond repair to avoid paying wages and steal every job and they are not shy about it.

     As history has shown, a large population of resentful, unemployed, and disenfranchised people may pose risks to a society's long-term social and political stability. Maybe you should read history books before writing such tweets. All of these tech bros are delusional fools and are going to cause so much environmental, social, economic, and political damage worldwide.

     @nixCraft The goal is much more sinister. They want to completely eviscerate democracy, and establish several enclaves they call network states. These will operate much like company towns, or fiefdoms with the fascist tech VCs at the helm. The society they envision is a fascist one, with tech workers (see Balaji’s grey shirts). They also want to replace fiat currency with crapto, and the best way to achieve that is to crash the dollar.

     @nixCraft We mathematicians have a word for un-moderated exponential growth - explosion. We say colloquially that "it blows up." And when it happens in a computation it is just as destructive as an explosion is in real life.

     Andreesen is a libertarian who does not understand this. Productivity growth going "through the roof" will destroy everything, including Andreesen.

     @nixCraft AI / Robotics are how we get UBI. I don't know about you, but I hated being an employee. I don't want to do a job when I know machines can do it harder better faster stronger. Have you worked any of the bad jobs out there? They're mundane, repetitive, and with these tech advances: redundant. I want to do what I want to do, not what I have to for money.

     I think we see this in future. But issues from A.I. have to solved by Humans and are nearly priceless and not afford able for the most of the humans.

     We may end in kind of dystopia like in the Death Stranding Video Game.

     @nixCraft If AI puts us all out of work then I guess AI will be buying all those cheap products instead of us. Why? We won’t be able to afford them.
