     I'm really only familiar with Red Hat and Mint. I managed a small farm of RHEL servers back when I was working. Now I use Mint w/ MATE and it's fine.

     @itsfoss I envy people that are comfortable with an out-of-the-box experience.

     Don’t know what’s wrong with me, I just can’t. It bothers me to no end if I can’t customise the system from the start like with Arch and Gentoo 😂

     Though I do like the installation experience on OpenSuse Tumbleweed and EndeavourOS.

     I would be using one of them if not for issues in the past with Tumbleweed and regional settings, and with EndeavourOS you couldn’t set up BTRFS via the installer.

     @itsfoss people should use the OS that helps best to get their work done. I switch between macOS, Windows and Linux (@tuxedocomputers for the moment), and they work fine. If you look at it in an more ethical way, we should ditch Windows and Mac and move to more open source systems.

     @itsfoss I used to advocate for Ubuntu. I stopped after a while, because I no longer had the energy.

     But it wasn't until after I stopped that Canonical started doing things I really didn't like.

     @itsfoss I am on the "I don't understand the picture" side. The guy on the right is supposed to say the big text on the left ? but is also supposed to have a bigger brain, while not being the smarter ? I am confused.

     @Elisa3 From my perspective, the guy with the small brain has said the lengthy bit, and the guy with the normal-sized brain is the one with who said the big text about being comfortable.
