     @Jens_Rasmussen @mao_yat He ran the tor website "Silk Road" that facilitated drug (legal and illegal) purchases.

     Considering the lack of enforcement of holding CEOs accountable (Except for, of course, Luigi) for what their companies do, and generally how most telecommunications platforms are considered platforms (not publishers), it is not unreasonable to me that he be pardoned.

     There's a lot of details I don't remember or am missing.
