   I dunno if I'm doing it wrong but I'm trying to access an octet from an IP so I just made a char* pointing to the int I dumped the IP into and I'm trying to access the field by accessing the int like a byte array, idk if i should be surprised that it's not working

     Oh the octet isn't even relevant in my scenario, well I guess I'll never know the answer to this question
