     @DW2 I feel so bad for them, there is no end in sight and no relief coming. The housing market will never self correct outside of an unpredictable major upheaval and even if it did unless you send all the 3rd world refuse back many neighborhoods won't be worth living in anyway.

     @DW2 Yep, you have to go further and further out from any economic center to find something. What's worse is that the quality of new construction is absolute shit (I wonder why 😂 ) so even if you do find something affordable it might be a money pit.
